The Sun Media Group has been publishing local news coverage for Southern Rhode Island since 1857, when it was named the Sun Publishing Company. Since those days the company has also continued to expand coverage into Southeastern Connecticut.
Today the Sun Media Group publishes three newspapers- The Westerly Sun, Mystic River Press, and The Express as well as producing world-class multimedia marketing products.
